Delivery

Deliveries are restricted to UK mainlaind only. 

Delivery options offered at checkout:

  1. Collect-in-store for local customers and weekend visiors to beautiful Richmond in Swaledale North Yorkshire (Note restricted opening times)
  2. Royal Mail 2nd class -  (FREE with Baskets over £25)
  3. Royal Mail registered 1st class -  (signature required).

    1. Read through terms and conditions (the 'Conditions') and in particular our cancellations and returns policy at clause 12. and limitation of our liability and your indemnity at clause 16.

All your personal details are transferred to us using 128-bit SSL encryption and can only be accessed by us so that we can process your orders. Your credit or debit card details are not stored at all.

We promise to protect your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you so that we can process your order and provide you with the best possible service. At all times you have the opportunity to opt out of future mailings. We do not make unsolicited telephone calls, send post or emails to you. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Key Processes and Procedures

Payment required prior to Dispatch

To enable customers access to the full stock at all times, orders are completed only after full payment is received.  Customers are encouraged to use PayPal because it is fast, safe and conventient for both the customer and vendor. 

Customer Registration

Unregistered users are free to browse the webshop contents and buy yarns but will need to type in their delivery address and email details at each purchase/revisit.

Registered customers have an account created automatically that can be accessed and managed by the customer. Basket contents and shopping lists can be saved, managed and reviewed at future visits.  Enter delivery details once only.  A validated email address is required to receive confirmation emails during the order and delivery process.
